Sourcing policy. Every document in this library falls into one of four categories:
(1) documents I authored or received directly; (2) exhibits and filings in the public court file;
(3) public records obtained from government agencies (Secretary of State, Department of Real Estate, the court);
or (4) documents the Association itself mailed to owners or posted publicly. Each entry carries a source note
stating what the document is, where it came from, and how you can verify it independently. Nothing here comes
from any confidential, sealed, or non-public source.

Documents pending line-by-line approval before posting. Limited to materials the Association itself mailed to owners or posted publicly, reproduced as distributed.
Correspondence
Documents pending line-by-line approval before posting. Limited to correspondence I authored or received directly.
